I am a licensed, bonded and insured notary public, providing mobile notary services for Yuba and Sutter counties, as well as Butte, Colusa, and Sacramento counties.

I am an experienced loan document signer, having closed over 600 successful loans. I am also knowledgable in Lease to Own properties, Timeshares, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Appointments can be made Monday through Saturday.

Why Call Me?

* You need someone to travel to your home, your office, your clients, anywhere notary services are required.

* You don't want to pay mortgage company or title company notary rates of $175 to $250.

* Your company's notary is out of the office, or only is only allowed to notarize company documents.

* You are a mortgage company, realtor, or lender, so offering mobile signings is a service differentiator, virtually required in today's difficult economy.

* Your family member is ill and you need someone who is compassionate and can deal with life and death situations.

* You want professional, high-quality services.

Products/Services

Within normal business hours, I will notarize up to 5 signatures within Yuba and Sutter County for only $50.00. Additional signatures cost only $10.00 each, and documents requiring large numbers of signatures (loan documents) will be negotiated. I offer a discount for active military, senior citizens, and those hospitalized or in hospice.

Need an emergency notarization in the middle of the night? After-hours notarizations or notarizations outside my local service area are available but require an additional surcharge which is negotiated at the time the appointment is made.

The fees I charge are standardized, so there are never any hidden surprises. Notarization fees are governed by the California Secretary of State, and may be reduced under circumstances as described in, but not limited to, California Government Code Sections 6100 and 8211.

NOTE: My primary focus is on Yuba and Sutter Counties. However, I frequently travel to many counties up and down California and am licensed by the State of California to provide notary services anywhere within California. If I am already scheduled to be in your area (even if it's not my hometown county of Yuba), you will not be charged travel fees.
